US Navy will buy two MH-60 SeaHawk for training
The U.S. Navy signed a contract worth $ 44 million for the purchase of two helicopter simulators Naval Aviation Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk. The first simulator will be installed at the naval base at Mayport in northern Florida by mid-2013. And the second - will be upgraded from version MH-60S in the MH-60R and 2014 aimed at a naval base in Japan. According to the characteristics of ordered sets would include flight simulators for pilots and flight simulators for tactical officers. Device simulators can be used independently from each other and provide multi-functional performance targets as part of the whole crew. Recall that the U.S. Navy already has 3 simulator MH-60R, which are used for training pilots since 2006.
